Our long product weigher is constructed specifically for the weighing of products that are orientated lengthways such as sausages, snack sticks and pet treats.

This machine can quickly weigh lengthwise products without damaging them at speeds of up to 90 packs per minute. Allowing for faster weighing than ever before without sacrificing precision, so you’ll never lose money or product through packet overfill.

• Simple to use - all of our machines can be fully controlled via an intuitive touchscreen display. As well as this, they have enough capacity to store up to 200 different recipe settings, allowing you to swap seamlessly between what’s being weighed.

• Approvals - all of our weighers are certified by the “Physikalisch- Technische Bundesanstalt” Certificate No. Z 10.16/04.01 and OMIL R 61 standards Report No, 1.12-4004187
• Easy to repair - with modular design, you can remove and replace the weigher parts without the need for special tools. Our weighers are also capable of automatically detecting which part has been replaced, so there’s no need to reprogram or address them, and you can get back to weighing right away.
• 24 month warranty - we understand that any downtime is time wasted and money lost. So, to minimise this we offer a full 2 year warranty on all equipment.
• 24/7 support - issues can arise at any time, so we make sure to offer round-the-clock telephone support so we can help you get back on track. If necessary, we also offer a 24 hour call out services for times when a phone call just isn’t enough.
• Secure remote access - our machines can also be safely access remotely via secure VPN. This allows us to resolve many issues without needing an engineer on site.
