This machine is made specifically for the weighing of sticky or greasy products. A teflon coated contact surface allows items such as olives, feta cheese and various marinated products to be quickly dosed without getting stuck.

What are the benefits of our Sticky Product Multihead Weigher?

• Intuitive interface - all parts of the machine can be controlled via touchscreen display, so you can easily tweak its settings to get it working most efficiently. It’s also capable of storing up to 200 different ‘recipes’, so you can seamlessly switch between what products are being weighed.
• Ultra hygienic - all contact parts of the weigher are made of stainless steel that’s electrolytically polished, making it more hygienic and easier to clean in future. Weighers are also built to be IP67 rated preventing water ingress.
• Low levels of noise produced - even with its speed, our machine doesn’t make for an unpleasant working environment. All of our machines run below 75 decibels, which is about the same as a vacuum cleaner or radio.
• No springs - other weighers rely on many springs to open hopper doors. This makes for lots of moving parts and increases the chance of something going wrong. Our weighers instead use the Direct Drive motor system, so there are no springs either internally or externally and a lower risk of things breaking.
• Easy to repair - the modular design of our multihead weighers means you don’t require any special tools to remove parts when they need replacing. You don’t even need to reprogram or address, as the machine is able to automatically tell which part has been replaced, minimising any downtime.
• Approvals – all of our machines are certified by the “Physikalisch- Technische Bundesanstalt” Certificate No. Z 10.16/04.01 and OMIL R 61 standards Report No, 1.12-4004187
